Software Engineer (Backend)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Profile: Back-End Developer (Python)

• Participate in application development, code reviews, and architecture/design discussions.
• Design and implement functional requirements in Python using Django Framework.
• Manage testing and bug fixes.
• Prepare technical documentation.
• Suggest improvements and implement software enhancements.
• Work closely with UX and Front-End Developers.

Must Have:

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with Python frameworks (Flask, Django Rest API).
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts.
• Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience in Linux-based environments.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.

Should have:

• Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, memory management, performance).
• Ability to test, troubleshoot, and correct code.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for coding and problem-solving.

Good to have:

• Familiarity with AWS cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with integrating ML models into backend systems (optional).
• Knowledge of Medical Billing and Insurance domain.
• Familiarity with tools such as ReactJS, Kubernetes.
  Experience integrating third-party web services.
