Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Conduct detailed code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with management, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external partners.
- Drive agile practices by conducting regular stand-ups, sprint reviews, and planning sessions.
- Provide technical guidance, foster innovation, and encourage continuous learning within the team.
- Oversee project delivery timelines, risk assessments, and issue resolutions.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical and user documentation.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and technology improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the US Healthcare domain.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and data privacy requirements.
- Exposure to ISO 27001 / SOC 2 certified environments.
- Experience building and deploying microservices architectures.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or equivalent certification.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of strong hands-on experience in Python development.
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field (Mandatory).
- Experience with Django and Django REST Framework
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs
- Experience implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), authentication, authorization, and permissions
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Experience with Celery, background jobs, and asynchronous task scheduling
- Understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and production support
- Good understanding of error handling, API security, database queries, and performance optimization
Additional Skills
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Redis is an added advantage
- AWS experience is preferred, especially with services such as EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, or CloudWatch
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, unit testing, and Agile development practices is preferred
