Responsibilities :

• Actively participate in application development, code reviews, and architecture/design discussions.
• Design and implement functional requirements using ReactJS tools.
• Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React concepts.
• Manage testing and bug fixes.
• Prepare technical documentation.
• Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Back-End Developers.

Skills / Desired Candidate Profile:

Must Have:

• Strong understanding of ReactJS fundamentals (JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, etc.).
• Experience with ReactJS workflows (Flux, Redux, Create React App) and data structure libraries.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end technologies.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques (code splitting, lazy loading, virtualization).
• Proficiency in Python programming and Django Framework.
• Strong database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with Git for version control.

Should have:

• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, memory management, performance).
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, and correct code.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with performance testing frameworks (Mocha, Jest).

Good to have:

• Familiarity with AWS cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in Medical Billing and Insurance domain.
• Exposure to integrating applications with third-party web services.
