HR Generalist / Sr HR Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our expanding team. This role offers a unique blend of core HR responsibilities along with social media and employer branding functions. Experience in the IT or ITeS industrywill be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities :

1. HR Operations & Administration
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for technical and non-technical roles
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage the HRMS.
  • Track attendance, leave, and shift compliance, and coordinate payroll inputs.
  • Ensure statutory and legal compliance with PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and documents for internal and audit purposes.
2. Employee Engagement & Communication
  • Organize monthly engagement activities, recognition programs, and team- building events.
  • Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and periodic feedback sessions.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and HR support.
4. Performance Management Support
  • Assist in quarterly and annual appraisal processes and maintain performance data.
  • Schedule feedback sessions and help managers with documentation and communication.
  • Support HR in implementing PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) documentation and tracking.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Prior experience in the IT/ITeS industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools; knowledge of Canva or social media tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and high emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
