As an HR & Admin Executive, you play a crucial role in ensuring that the company runs smoothly—across people operations, office administration, and workplace experience. Your work directly influences employee satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall culture of the organization.

What You’ll Be Trusted With

1. Human Resources Responsibilities
  • Supporting end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and HRMS updates
  • Assisting with attendance, leave coordination, and payroll inputs
  • Handling employee queries with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
2. Administration & Facility Management
  • Overseeing housekeeping, vendor coordination, and office supplies
  • Ensuring the workplace is safe, organized, and employee-friendly
  • Managing visitor entries, access control, seating plans, and meeting room allocations
  • Supporting office events, celebrations, training sessions, and internal meetings
  • Maintaining audit-ready records for admin, facility, and compliance documentation

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in HR, Administration, or combined roles
