HR Manager - Generalist: We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager who can provide inspirational leadership to our HR Team. The ideal candidate must have proven track record in leading an HR team and in implementing HR strategies. This role is pivotal in supporting our expansion and enhancing our organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead the company’s branding initiatives.
  • Ability to lead the HR Team
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Ensure the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, performance appraisals, and employee development programs.
  • Devise training strategies to cultivate professional development in the organisation.
  • Manage employee relations and create a positive work environment.
  • Provide data-based reports to the company’s management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a human resources role.
  • 2+ years of experience in handling an HR team.
  • Thorough knowledge of Indian labour law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to converse fluently in English and Malayalam.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.
  • Educational qualification – MBA in HR or equivalent.
