Responsibilities :

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
• Employee Engagement: Support in planning and organizing employee engagement activities, surveys, and corporate events.
• HR Operations: Maintain HR records, update employee databases, and assist in document management.
• Performance Management: Assist in collecting and analyzing employee performance data.
• HR Compliance & Policies: Support in drafting HR policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, and maintaining related records.
• Learning & Development: Coordinate training programs, track employee participation, and assist in related documentation.
• General HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day activities.

Job Specification:

• MBA in Human Resources from a reputed college with a minimum 70% aggregate.
• Online or distance education degrees will not be considered.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HR software/tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and handle new responsibilities.
• Successful interns may be considered for onboarding as Junior HR Executive.
